Today I had my first training class for the state. I had to go to Jeff City for a class from 8-5, which means that I had to meet a colleague at work at 6:00am and then did not get home until 7:00pm. I have another training class next Thursday but that one is in STL thank goodness. Then I have 2 one week long classes one at the end of September then I am home for a week then I have another week long class in October. After that I think I will be finished! I am very nervous about leaving Ollie for a week at a time - it was bad enough not getting to see him until 7pm today! It has to be done sometime right?

Hi Kristin from Blog train - nice to visit, your son is adorable, I have twin 4-yr olds boys too. Good for you taking time to keep yourself trained, that's something I should do, what are you training for?

Thanks everyone! I am working in the Child Support Office as intake. Which basically means I meet with people when they want to claim child support or make a modification and then I open the case and pass it along to the next specialist who locates and enforces.
