Saturday morning Ollie got his first stocking present! He was awfully excited.

He got a new pair of "HO HO Jammies"!

Saturday afternoon, my sister planned a 30th birthday party for me at Red Lobster! Check out the cake - how cool!

I can't believe all the people came. My friend, Andrea, drove all the way down from Champaign!

It was so fun to hang out with everyone to celebrate the big 3 "O". Yikes I am old!

But, I did get alot of nice gifts - no goofy "Over the Hill" presents thank goodness!

Thank goodness for portable DVD players! This kept him busy for most of the time until the battery died.

Aunt Erin was thinking she wrapped up some Batman stickers for Ollie to open! He was so excited. He thinks it was his birthday too!

Erin concentrating very hard on cutting the cake. She left all the pictures on the cake for me to take home and eat. I guess she just couldn't bring herself to cut up the pictures.

Friday

On Friday we had another Thanksgiving at Aunt Erin's house. Here is Ollie hanging out watching Shrek, waiting for the fun to begin.

Maw Maw's home and she brought a present for Ollie! (on Mommy's birthday - I guess that's what happens when you have kids! Just Kidding - I wasn't left out)

Thanksgiving

On Thanksgiving we went to Papa's house for appetizers. Ollie is wearing his Batman hat & gloves and showing Amelia a Minnie Mouse magnet.

Heather's boyfriend, Justin brought his skeet shooter. Lots of people had a good time shooting.

Ollie liked hearing the guns go off! They were really loud!

Ollie wanted to play with all of Aunt Patti's games. Here he is teaching us how to play "tag your it!" Which you just have to yell tag your it when you touch a domino!

After dinner, Patti brought up some gingerbread men ornaments that she made for the kids to paint.











All of Ollie's are blue (that's his favorite color) with a little bit of red (that's his other favorite color).

You bought a box!

We have been remodeling our master bath. Here is what it looked like after Chris pulled up the pink carpet. Check out that linoleum!











Here is a pic of the pink carpeting in our bedroom - the same was in the bathroom. Don't worry the pink carpet is getting replaced on Friday! Sorry Mom, I know you liked it!






All the new tile is in! Ollie did not like the toilet being in the shower. Don't worry buddy we are not going to leave it there!






We also bought a new sink vanity. Ollie saw the box in our room (with the vanity in it) and said "ohhh, you bought a box!" Yes, Ollie we bought you a $250 box! So we took the vanity out and he had a great time playing in it. There is a video below. Only his head sticks out of the top of the box so he rocks it back and forth until it falls over and he can get out.







The bathroom is finished! Now we just have to put as much stuff from our bedroom in there as we can and pull up the carpet and pad in our room Thursday night so that the guy can come and put in our new bedroom carpet! Yippee! Bye bye pink carpet!

Saturday

On Saturday morning we went to Papa's house. Ollie has been asking to go to Papa's all week instead of school.

Ollie & Papa were playing ball outside and it rolled under my car. Papa told Ollie to get under the car and get it out. Ollie said "no, I will get all muddy"


So they got a vaccuum hose to hit it out from under the car!

Later in the evening we noticed a box on our front porch from Grandma & Grandpa Toussaint!

It was filled with new clothes and two new pairs of jammies!

Check me out in my new lion jammies. They say "I'm the king of the castle" so true!

I like to move it move it!

Today we went to the Burke's for Barb & Larry's 40th Anniversary party!
