Valentine Dance!!!

Friday evening we picked up Ivy and had dinner. Then they each got a cup of cookies n cream icecream. Ivy took the first bite and looked up and said "this is nummy!!!"

Later, we headed to Ollie's school for their Valentine dance. Ollie started off dancing with lots of little girls all at the same time! They were all spinning in a circle.

Ollie really wanted to dance with Sophia. But Sophia wanted to dance with Jason. Oh the drama begins!

Ollie & Kasey (the red sweater) were play fighting. They are two of a kind. We had to pull them apart a few times. We were afraid someone might get hurt. What did they do as soon as we let go? Continue to fight! Crazy boys!

Mountain Climbing!!!

On Sunday morning we went on a hike up a mountain by Maw Maw & Papa Stu's house. Check out Ollie at the top. Can you see the city down below?

Then we drove up another mountain and threw rocks in the water. Ollie was on the hunt for giant rocks!

Afterwards it was time for lunch then back to Maw Maw's for a bit before leaving for the airport for home.

Legoland & The Beach!!!

Wednesday evening we went out to eat BBQ and Ollie really liked the pig in theh front of the restaurant.

Thursday morning we headed to towards San Diego to Legoland!! When we first got into miniland there was a huge lego city of Las Vegas! We took this picture especially for Papa!

They also had a New York City area. Very cool!

Maw Maw & Papa Stu bought Ollie a really nice set of the brand new Batman Legos! This will take awhile to put together!

Friday morning we went to Huntington Beach! Ollie spent 2 hours playing in the sand and had a great time. Then we went to lunch at a Mexican restaurant overlooking the beach and walked through a farmer's market.

It took us 2 hours to get home and Ollie fell asleep in the car and went in straight to bed. I hope he wakes up soon so he will sleep tonight!

Valentine's Weekend!

Saturday morning Ollie had a basketball game. What a great game! Papa & Grandma Pati came out to watch and Aunt Erin & Uncle Kevin came too! Ollie had quite the cheering section. They were either winning or the game was tied I think they won the game! Ollie even shot for a basket. The ball went in and then bounced back out! Oh well maybe next time. I was so proud of him and I am glad that everyone else got to see him play too!

I was off work on Monday for Lincoln Day but Ivy's babysitter was out of town so we had an Ivy & Aunt Jen day! I gave her a Valentine since I would not see her the next day. She liked her candies and bracelets and Dora case!

Mickey Mouse came on while we were cleaning up the playroom and she was in a trance. She sat in that chair holding those balloons for 45 min while I ran around and cleaned up the house as fast as I could.

Valentine's Day! We woke up and got ready for school. Ollie got his Valentine from Mommy & Daddy and got the Green Lantern game for his DS. He was so excited!

When I got to work I had to make a dentist appt for Ollie because his gums were hurting again. We got in at 9:30 and he had to have his tooth pulled. He lost his first baby tooth. We hung out at home for about an hour waiting for the tooth to stop bleeding then I took him to lunch and then back to school. When I got back to work flowers were delivered to me! Chris bought me flowers for Valentine's Day. His card said "I finally got you Roses!" They are beautiful and he got me 2 dozen!!!

Right after work we went home to get our luggage and Chris drove me & Ollie to the airport for our trip to see Maw Maw & Papa Stu! We made it to there house about quarter till 11pm so it was a late night but we still had to make time to check out Ollie's valentine from Maw Maw & Papa Stu!

Time for a story and then bed.

Thank goodness the tooth fairy came right after Ollie fell asleep because he was awak at 5:30am to see if he had any money in his tooth pillow! He got $1.50!!!
