Olde Tyme Picnic!!!

After the parade, we went to Aunt Erin's house and we swam all afternoon. Daddy brought Garcia's pizza from Champaign, IL to surprise Papa with dinner and we all ate it in the pool! Chris is a good cabana boy!

After swimming we went up to the picnic. It was soooo muddy! All of our shoes were gross! Even Ollie thought it was too muddy. But, he still wanted to ride rides of course. He liked the Circus train.

And the flying doggie ride.

He thought the cars would be fun but he had this look on his face like, this isn't as much fun as I thought it would be. Oh well, you can't like all the rides.

The swings, he loved! He had a big grin on his face the whole time! It was actually a little scary for me to put him on there by himself. The seats are so big and the belts are just chains in the front that are not tight at all.

Tyler and Ollie rode the ferris wheel together.

We all wore are Olde Tyme Picnic t-shirts. They don't make them small enough for Ollie so Aunt Erin bought a 3T plain white t-shirt and cut the front of a picnic shirt out and pasted it onto the smaller one. She also cut hers so it was cuter than just a t-shirt. It was really cute in the back it had ties up the whole back. She is going to be just as creative as Mom - I can see it already! Good thing because I am NOT.

We stayed to watch the fireworks and then got back on the shuttle (school bus) to go back to our car. Ollie loved riding the school bus!
