Halloween 2012

The Saturday before Halloween we went to the Wood River Halloween Parade. We have great spots right in front on Charla's house! Ollie is always the stinker with his bag on his head so I cannot get a good pic of him! All the kids are waiting patiently!

It's starting!  It's starting!

Ivy learned quick that if you wave and look cute you get more candy!

Ollie learned to dance for the candy!
Later in the afternoon we went to a church picnic down the road from Papa's house.  We cannot pass up bounce houses and face paint!

Two days before Halloween we carved pumpkins after school/work...Ollie always wants an elaborate pumpkin.  This year he picked Iron Man.

Ivy had a good time "carving" her pumpkin top!

Still working on Iron Man.

Ollie carved my pumpkin with a regular jack-o-lantern face pretty much by himself!  I think they both turned out very good!

Ivy's pumpkin is very scary!
Finally it's Halloween night!  Papa came over for dinner to see the kiddos go trick-or-treating.  What a beautiful Cinderella!

Daddy's putting some camo paint on Ollie's face.  He was a Special Forces Army Man!

Ollie only wanted to stay out for a bout 30-45 min.  He was ready to come home and pass out candy.  He loved running to the door when the doorbell rang!
