Santa Claus!!

Here is Ollie at 6:00 last night after a full day of making cookies. He fell asleep in his little chair with a cookie in his hand.

This morning we went to the Mills with Aunt Erin, Paula and Maw Maw. Ollie, Maw Maw and I went straight to the play area. Then we spotted a Christmas train. There is a video below of Ollie on the train. He sat in the front and rang the bell. Shortly after this video he did let the other little boy take a turn ringing the bell. Ollie was so excited because Scooby Doo was on top of the train! The picture below is of a Bob the Builder ride. That place quarters you to death. Each ride is $.75 and then of course there are a lot of gumball and candy machines!

For lunch we went to Steak n Shake. Ollie was excited about his shake. It is NOT milk and it is NOT ice cream! It is a shake!

When we got home - we all got ready to go see Santa at Bass Pro. Ollie had us all wearing silly Christmas hats that Aunt Patti left here (except daddy - he was being a "potty pooper"). When we got there (at 3:40) we were told that we had to have a pass to see Santa and they gave us a pass that said 6:30 on it. We explained to Ollie that we would have to go home and come back later. He didn't cry but he did take his hat off and give a sad face - he was disappointed but I think he understood. So Ollie and I went home and Daddy took Tyler home. Ollie took a nap and then we had dinner and headed back out with our hats. Unfortunately, Ollie got a little nervous right before he saw Santa and took his hat off. But he sat on his lap with this little grin on his face while Santa talked about Batman!

Then he got to shoot some of their toy guns.

Daddy helped with this gun - it shoots nerf darts out - please Santa we have enough of these darts around our house!

Who knew a tent full of silly animal pillows could be so much fun?

Ollie is shopping for hats while hanging out by the fish tank. This one fits me good!

Ollie is hiding in the clothes rack.

All in all a very fun day and what a fun Christmas weekend!
