Ivy's 1st Birthday!!

Yesterday was Ivy's 1st birthday! We all went to El Maguey for a family celebration. Ivy seems to like birthdays!

Maw Maw was the last one there as usual but she came in with lots of balloons! It's not a birthday without balloons right?!!

Ivy loved the balloons and she had to fight Ollie for them!
Maw Maw brought Ollie some superhero stickers but he was more interested in Ivy's presents.

Ivy says "ooohh"

She would clap her hands and say "yaaayy"

She really liked the fried icecream.

Ollie helped her eat it!

Tonight we went to the park in Cottleville. It was just beautiful out there.

Ollie's buddy, Nathan, was there too. Nathan said "Ollie, how did you know I was here?" It was nice for them to play together and we got to take a break and watch the kiddos play.

Easter Weekend!

Saturday morning we went to an egg hunt at City Centre Park! Ivy does not like barrets in her hair!!

It was rainy and drizzling out so I made a homemade poncho for Ollie out of a blue bag.

After the egg hunt we went to Ivy's house to give her the Easter present we got for her. Ollie couldn't wait to give her the pink stuffed bunny!

Aunt Erin had a basket for Ollie too!

After lunch we went to Maw Maw's and there was another basket for Ollie! Ollie got a two-face figure and as soon as he saw him he wouldn't let him go!

Until he got to the Flarp! It makes farting noises when you push your fingers into it. He is such a boy!

Then Papa and Grandma Pati came over for dinner and they had a basket. Thank goodness there was not much candy. But there were 3 new DVD's!!!

Of course the Easter Bunny brought a basket too! It was waiting for Ollie when he woke up Sunday morning. He said "this is the best Easter ever!" before he even opened the basket.

Because of all the rain we have been having the Easter Bunny hid eggs inside the house this year. Ollie had fun running around the house to find the eggs.

Later we headed over to Grandma & Grandpa Ames'. We got to see Baby Liam for the first time. What a sweetheart!

Time to fish for eggs!

We always have so much fun at the Ames' thanks for having us every year!!!

Monday night Maw Maw brought an Easter bag from Aunt Patti & Uncle Bill for Ollie! Geez how many baskets/gifts does one little boy need? He's not spoiled at all!

He got an awesome motorcycle shirt!
